When you receive an invitation for a training by your institution and create an account on GmPly, we directly collect the data you provide, including:

 

Account Data    You must create a user account to use certain features (such as enrollment in training). When you create or update your account (depending on your invitation method), we collect and store data such as your e-mail address and password and assign you a unique identification number ("Account Data").

 

Shared Content             When you create a training on GmPly as an instructor, we can publish a certain part of this training as a demo for your corporate customers to see. Your personal information may be published publicly to the extent permitted by you.

 

Training Data   Which training and tests you started and which you completed when you registered and attended the training; We collect certain data, including your interactions with instructors, teaching assistants, and other students, and articles, answers to questions, and other items posted to meet training needs. This data is not only publicly visible to your corporate managers.

 

 

1.2 Data We Collect with Automated Methods

 

When you access GMPLY (including navigating in Tutorials) we automatically collect certain information, including:

 

System Data   Technical data about your computer or device ("System Data"), such as your IP address, device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, browser, browser language, domain and other system data and platform types.

 

Usage Data            Usage statistics related to your interaction with GMPLY, including Tutorials Accessed, time spent on pages or GMPLY, pages visited, features used, search queries, click data, date and time, and other data about your use of GMPLY ("Usage Data" ).

 

Approximate Geographic Data Your approximate geographic location, including information such as country, city and geographic coordinates collected automatically based on your IP address.

Send instant notifications to your wireless device to send updates and other related messages (you can manage this from the mobile app's "options" or "settings" page);

 

Managing your account preferences;

Facilitate the technical functionality of GMPLY, including troubleshooting and solving problems, securing GMPLY, and prevent fraud and abuse;

 

Getting feedback from users;

  • Marketing and implementing surveys and promotions managed or supported by GmPly;

  • Linking your data with additional data through third-party providers or analyzing the data with the help of analytics service providers to learn more about you;

  • Identify unique users across devices;

  • Customizing ads across devices;

  • Improving GMPLY and developing new products, GMPLY and features;

  • Analyze trends and traffic, track purchases and track usage data;

  • Advertising GMPLY on third-party websites and apps;

  • As required or permitted by law, or

Only your corporate training managers and / or human resources managers who assign training to you can see certain data about you, who already have more personal data than you share with us.

 

However, we may share your data with third parties in the following circumstances or in any other way as described in this Privacy Policy:

 

your Trainer:We share the anonymized data we have about you (except your full name and e-mail address) with the trainers for the Trainings you have registered or want information about in order to enable them to improve the Trainings they offer to you and other students. This data may include things like your city, country, browser's language, operating system, device settings, the site that brought you to GmPly and your activities in GmPly. If we collect additional data about you (such as age or gender), we may also share them. We will not share the company you work with, Your Name Surname, E-mail address and personal information that can identify you with the trainers. We also enable Google Analytics applications on training pages to allow our trainers to track their Traffic sources and optimize their training pages.

 

With Service Providers, Contractors and Agents: We may share your data with third parties that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email and hosting service, and customer support.

 

Analysis and Data Enrichment With GMPLY: As part of our use of third-party analysis tools such as Google Analytics, we share certain contact information, Account Data, System Data, Usage Data (as detailed in Section 1) or de-identified data as required. Identity-removed data means data that we remove and replace things such as your name and email address with a symbolic identity. This allows these analytics service providers to offer analytics GMPLY or compare your data with public database information (including contact information and social information from other sources). We do this to communicate with you more effectively and in a customized way.

 

To Offer Social Media Features: It may allow the third party social media provider at GMPLY to collect things like your IP address and which pages of GMPLY you visit and set a cookie to enable the feature. Your interactions with these features are subject to the third party's privacy policy.

 

To Manage Promotions and Surveys: We may use your data to share with you the data required to manage, market or support the promotions and surveys you choose to participate (such as presenting a list of winners or making necessary submissions) as required by applicable law or in accordance with the rules of the promotion or survey. .

 

For Advertising: If we decide to serve ads in the future, we may use certain System Data and Usage Data to show general demographics and preference information among our users.

  • During Control Change: If GmPly undergoes a business transaction such as merger, acquisition, company disposal or liquidation (including bankruptcy) or selling all or part of its assets, all your data during the transition (including due diligence) with the successor organization. we can share, disclose and transfer to it.

7.3 Users Outside the U.S.

 

GmPly, Inc. Since it is a Delaware-based company, we need to transfer your data to the United States and process it in order to offer you GMPLY. GmPly runs on Amazon AWS systems.

 

When you visit or use GMPLY, you consent to the storage of your data on servers located in the United States. If you use GMPLY from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your data to the United States or to other countries. In particular, personal data collected in the Swiss and European Economic Area (EEA) are transferred outside these areas and stored outside these areas.
